Join Instructor Waitlist

You are joining the instructor beta waitlist. During beta, you can submit questions across any subject, pass verification, and build a verified question bank before the full public earning model goes live.

No competing required. Beta is for submission, verification, and launch preparation first.

From question to payout in three steps.

Create and submit your questions

Use the question creator to write multiple-choice questions for any subject on the platform. Set the question text, answer choices, correct answer, and difficulty level. Submit to the review process when ready. You can submit questions one at a time or in batches.

Full question management dashboard from day one.

Questions go through verification

Every submitted question goes through automated screening plus manual review. The system checks formatting, answer accuracy, and duplicates. Questions that pass verification are marked as verified so they are ready for broader live use at launch. During beta, unverified questions can still appear in practice mode and private quizzes while you improve them.

Verification protects the integrity of competitions. Your verified questions are trusted for real-money sessions.

Be ready to earn at launch

Once the public platform opens, each verified question of yours can earn a share of platform commission when it appears in live sessions. Higher-stake sessions generate larger commissions, so strong questions in harder pools earn more per appearance. Beta is the time to get those questions approved and ready.

Beta gets your inventory ready before the full earning model turns on.

Your tools as a standalone Instructor.

Question creation and management

Write multiple-choice questions with question text, answer choices, correct answer, and an explanation. Set the subject and difficulty level for each question. Edit, update, or withdraw questions at any time. Track every question's verification status from your dashboard. Batches of questions can be submitted to the pipeline together.

Private quizzes for Challengers

Create private quizzes from your question bank and share them via link or direct invite to specific Challengers. Private quizzes are not listed in the public marketplace. The Challengers who take them practice using your questions but do not earn Success or Fail Points from private quizzes. This is a tool for tutors and teachers who want to set assessments for people they already work with.

Live analytics per question

Once your questions are verified and in the pool, your analytics dashboard shows: how many times each question was served in staking sessions, which difficulty brackets and tier levels your questions appeared in, the cumulative earnings generated by each question, and your month-to-date payout estimate. Updated in real time after each session.

What the earning model looks like after launch.

Once the public earning model opens, the platform charges a 10% commission on every staking session. Up to 5% of that commission is set aside for content payouts to Instructors and Teachers whose verified questions appeared in the session. That 5% budget is split among contributing Instructors in proportion to how many of their questions were served.

A question appearing in a Grand Master session (35,001 to 70,000 naira stake) generates a larger commission than the same question in a Skilled session (500 to 5,000 naira stake). The math scales with session value, not question count alone. Questions for harder subjects and higher difficulty levels earn more per appearance.

Example: 4 players at 15,000 naira each. Total pool: 60,000 naira. Platform commission: 6,000 naira. The session has 20 questions. 8 are from Instructors (3 from you, 5 from another Instructor). Session payout budget: 6,000 × 5% × (8/20) = 120 naira. Your share: 120 × (3/8) = 45 naira from that session.

Payouts from all sessions in a month are totalled at month end and credited to your Instructor wallet in one transaction. There is no minimum threshold for the wallet credit once the full model is live.

Your Instructor wallet is part of the post-launch model.

  • Receive-only wallet. No top-ups from external sources.
  • Monthly content payouts credited automatically. No minimum threshold.
  • Withdraw to a verified bank account at any time. 1% withdrawal commission.
  • No wallet balance cap. Your balance grows with your question usage.

At public launch, Instructors pay a 1% withdrawal commission, not the 3% charged to Arena Challengers on staking winnings. The lower rate reflects the nature of the earnings: this is content contribution income, not competition winnings.

Beta gives you time to submit questions, pass verification, build practice-mode usage history, and prepare a verified inventory before the full earning model opens.

Some limited beta test sessions may run with beta funds, but the main value of joining now is being launch-ready with approved questions already in the pool.

We will reach out as soon as we can and keep you updated on our progress until beta launch.

Real questions. Straight answers.

  • Every submitted question goes through an automated check plus manual review. The system checks formatting, answer accuracy, and duplicates. During beta, verified questions build your approved inventory and can appear in practice mode or limited beta test sessions. At full launch, verified questions become eligible for live Arena sessions at scale.

  • The full earning model starts when the public platform opens. At that point, you earn a share of platform commission when your verified questions appear in live sessions, and those earnings are credited to your Instructor wallet. During beta, any limited test payouts are small and are there to validate the workflow, not to represent the full post-launch income model.

  • No. Standalone Instructor accounts are for creating and submitting questions only. You do not compete, use FailFast Mine, or earn Success or Fail Points. You write questions; the platform handles the rest.

  • During beta, you are joining a queue to submit questions, pass verification, build usage history in practice mode, and prepare a verified question bank before public launch. Some limited test sessions may run with beta funds, but that is not the main reason to join. The main reason is to be launch-ready with approved questions already in the pool.
